We’re currently accepting applications for the following positions:

  • Emergency Service Technicians
  • Reconstruction Technicians
  • Foreman/Techs
  • Mitigation Project Managers
  • Reconstruction Project Managers
  • Administrative Assistants

These positions will report directly to the EMS or Reconstruction Project Managers and support field operations throughout San Diego County and Riverside County.

Essential Responsibilities

Field Technicians

  • Visit job sites, meet with clients, and document site conditions
  • Develop moisture maps and maintain drying logs
  • Perform mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire damage cleanup
  • Handle tools and materials, prepare staging areas, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Submit photo documentation, forms, and measurements
  • Work closely with project managers and office admins
  • Be available for 24/7 emergency response (for emergency technicians)
  • Maintain safety and professionalism on-site at all times

Office Staff

  • Support project coordination and customer communication
  • Track job progress and manage repair timelines
  • Assist in scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Foreman: Minimum 5 years of construction experience in restoration
  • Technicians: Minimum 2 years in emergency or reconstruction services
  • U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must own personal tools (field roles)
  • Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
